Niels Holch is the Executive Director and founder of CMFI. He is a partner in Holch & Erickson LLP, a law firm based in Washington, D.C. Niels has more than 25 years experience in both private practice and government service at the federal level. He is a former Chief of Staff to U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, the current Republican Leader, and is active in several nonprofit organizations. Markham Erickson is a partner in Holch & Erickson LLP. Markham represents corporate clients involved in Internet and telecommunications technologies and also has an active practice in Native American law and policy.
